Delete My Data
How to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
Titanium Edge respects your right to have your personal data erased. This page explains what data we may hold, how to request its deletion, and what happens after you ask.
How to Request Deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address, phone number, and/or Facebook or Instagram account associated with your data
- Which data you want deleted (or state “all my data”)
We verify every request before acting on it, so please send it from the email address you used with us where possible. If we cannot verify that a request is genuinely yours, we may ask you for additional information rather than delete another person’s data by mistake.
What We Delete
On a verified request we permanently delete:
- Contact details you gave us (name, email address, phone number, company)
- Messages, form submissions, and correspondence you sent us
- Marketing and SMS opt-in records, and any associated profile data
- Data obtained through Meta platforms — including any Facebook or Instagram profile information, page or ad-account data, and lead-form submissions we accessed via your connected Meta account
Disconnecting Your Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Account
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to one of our applications, you can revoke our access yourself at any time:
- Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find our app in the list of active apps.
- Select Remove.
Removing the app stops any further access to your Meta data. To also erase the data we already hold, send the deletion request described above — removal alone does not delete records on our side.
Timeline
We acknowledge deletion requests within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. Backup copies are purged on our regular backup rotation, within 90 days at the latest. We will email you to confirm once your deletion is complete.
Data We May Keep
We may retain a limited amount of information where the law requires it or where we have an overriding legal need — for example, invoices and transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes, records needed to establish or defend a legal claim, and a minimal suppression record (your email address or phone number, in hashed form) so that we do not contact you again after you have opted out. This retained data is never used for marketing.
Other Privacy Rights
Deletion is one of several rights you have. You may also request access to your data, ask us to correct it, or opt out of marketing communications at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.
